Treat Your Palate to Something Different and Delicious - Wine Made Near an Active Volcano!
Ambrosia's next four-course wine dinner will be on Wednesday, May 2, at 5:30 pm. This "All Sicilian Wines" dinner will feature six wines from and around Mount Etna plus a surprise sparkling wine. The proximity of these vineyards to volcanic soils produces wines that have a deep color, are long on the palate and simply delicious. Some of the grapes are unusual such as Cerasuolo, Tannat and Frappato. Come try them!

Christie Brassard, of Young's Market and who represents all Italian wines will present information about each of the wines and answer your questions. Each course of the dinner prepared by Ambrosia's inimitable kitchen staff led by Chef Rory Valentino will be paired to the wine served.
