Ambrosia's "Adult Prom" Prix Fix Dinner Menu

Halibut Dinner ($50 plus gratuity) or Ravioli Dinner ($40 plus gratuity)

APPETIZER
Arancini di Riso. Deep fried risotto balls filled with Rouge Creamery Smokey Bleu, mozzarella and peas. Served over a sweet roasted pepper puree.

CHOICE OF COCKTAIL
Prosecco (sparkling Italian wine) or Sparkling Cider (non-alcoholic)

CHOICE OF ENTRÉE
Alaskan Halibut
Sautéed with roasted Roma, garlic and shallots in a white wine rosemary cream sauce. Topped with feta cheese and fresh basil. Served over risotto and asparagus.

Ravioli Zucchini
Ravioli fill with zucchini, hazelnuts, mozzarella, Manchego cheese and herbs. Served in a tomato tarragon white wine butter sauce. Topped with lemon dressed arugula and crostini bread crumbs.

CHOICE OF DESSERT
Strawberry Mousse
with a cinnamon Fratelli and candied pistachio dust

Rhubarb Key Lime Pie
with a macadamia nut infused crust. Accompanied with a honey orange crème.
