Ambrosia’s next Wine Dinner, from 5:30-7:00pm on Wednesday, April 4, will feature a four-course dinner and six wines from Patricia Green Cellars. Located in the Willamette Valley, Patricia Green Cellars is noted for its Pinot Noirs. Wine Spectator magazine rated its 2015 Pinot Noirs among the best in the winery's history. Founder Patricia Green was a pioneer in the Oregon wine industry and one of the first women winemakers in the entire Pacific Northwest. Her sense of adventure and attention to detail is reflected in the wines which are known for conveying a strong sense of place (or "terroir").
Isaac Silva, representing Patricia Green Cellars, will host the event. He will answer any questions as we exp lore the considerations behind the making of these wines. The four-course dinner will be prepared by Ambrosia's inimitable kitchen staff led by Chef Rory Valentino.
Cost is $55 per person, plus gratuity. Space is limited to 28 people. Make your prepaid reservations by calling Ambrosia at 541-342-4141. There will be a 10% discount for the purchase of 12 bottles or more.
