After skipping a few months, Ambrosia’s Five-Course Wine Dinner is back – on Tuesday, August 18 at 5:30pm – and it will be delicious!

Please note: We are following all CDC and social distancing guidelines. The number of guests will be limited to 24 people who will be seated at separate tables in parties of two and four.

This virtual visit will take you to the Mount Etna Wine Region of Sicily where you will enjoy six wines. Patricia Zanetta, Ambassador at Large for Taub Family Wines, will speak and answer your questions about wine making in that region and each of these wines:

• Prosecco, Villa Marcello Millesimato DOC Brut, 2015

• Planeta, Etna Blanca DOC 2016

• Planeta, Cerasuela di Vittoria DOCG, 2016

• Planeta, Mamertino DOC 2015

Ambrosia’s culinary staff will prepare each course to complement the wines. For instance, Etna Blanca DOC 2016 will be served in the second course with seared Ahi tuna, stir-fried noodles with vegetables, caramelized onion and Cerasuolo reduction.
