Ambrosia's next wine dinner will take you to Browne Family Vineyards in Walla Walla, Washington

Our five-course dinner will feature wines from winery founder Andrew Browne and winemaker John Freeman who are committed to world class wine production that represents the best of the Columbia Valley AVA.

The wines of Browne Family Vineyards are unhurried, bold, and focused. They are known for award winning Cabernet Sauvignon, a Bordeaux red Blend, and Chardonnay. Over the years their portfolio has expanded to include Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Grenache Rose. They have been awarded over 30 scores of 90+ points from respected critics in the wine industry, but each year’s limited production continues to present an opportunity to raise the bar even further.

The dinner will feature these eight wines presented by our host Brian ‘Skip’ Miller who will represent the vineyard:

·        Browne Grenache Rose' 2017

·        Browne Sauvignon Blanc 2017

·        Browne Chardonnay

·        Browne Pinot Noir 2016

·        Browne Legacy Red Blend 2015

·        Browne Heritage Cabernet 2017

·        Browne Cabernet 2016

·        Browne Tribute Red Blend 2015

These wines will be paired with a six-course dinner prepared by Ambrosia's imitable kitchen staff led by Ryan Erp and Ryan Blaze. A taste of all wines and the five-course dinner is $65 per person plus gratuity. Purchase 12 or more bottles at the dinner and receive a 10% discount.
