Easter Brunch at Ambrosia

We serve brunch just a few times a year, and Sunday, March 27, 2016 is one of those special days. Our Easter Brunch menu will feature some of the classics as well as Ambrosia specialties. Mimosas, too, of course!

Our special menu will feature breakfast classics such as Eggs Benedict/Eggs Florentine and omelettes as well as Ambrosia's own Breakfast Calzone and that Italian favorite U'Ova All'Inferno. See the complete menu below.

Brunch Specialties

Eggs Benedict
The Classic. A toasted English muffin with pancetta, poached local eggs drizzled with hollandaise sauce. Served with asparagus. 14   Add smoked salmon 3.5

Eggs Florentine
Caramelized onions, spinach, mushrooms, poached local eggs drizzled with hollandaise sauce. With toasted English muffins and asparagus. 14

Challah French Toast
French toast made with challah bread, topped with a pear-cranberry compote. Served with a side of fresh fruit. 12

U’ov Alli’ Inferno
A traditional Italian dish. Eggs poached over medium in a spicy marinara sauce. Served with crostini. 12

Spaghetti Carbonara
Fresh scallions, cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions, pancetta and Parmesan. All tossed in a roasted garlic cream sauce and topped with arugula. 16

Tender strips of terres major steak, grilled and sliced. Eggs any style, all with a pesto hollandaise sauce, crostini and roasted potatoes. 20

Breakfast Calzone
Ambrosia’s traditional calzone dough filled with house-made sausage, spinach, provolone, smoked mozzarella and scrambled eggs. 12 

Wild Mushroom Frittata
Fresh spinach, wild mushrooms and Swiss cheese, all topped with a Dijon Mornay sauce. 14

Valle Verde Omelette
An omelette made with speck, bell pepper, onion, provolone and roma tomatoes, served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit. 14

Feta and Spinach Omelette
An omelette made with feta, spinach and crimini mushrooms. Served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit. 14

Ravioli Frutti di Mare
House-made ravioli filled with lobster, bay scallop, and ricotta in a roasted garlic Prosciutto cream sauce. Dusted with smoked paprika. 18

BLT Nuovo
Bacon, spinach and a roma tomato. Served on our house-made rosemary bread with aioli sauce and roasted potatoes. 12

Steamed Clams
Clams, shallots, garlic, herbs, and a touch of red pepper flakes in a white wine butter sauce. 13

House-made italian flat bread brushed with olive oil and topped with roasted garlic and provolone. Baked in our wood-fired oven.  11                

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Crimini mushroom caps stuffed with rock crab, ricotta and Parmesan. Baked in our wood-fired oven.  12

Calamari Fritti
Lightly fried and served with garlic aioli and lemon wedges.  12

Bianco Vongole
