Restaurants and Breweries team up for unprecedented beer-maker’s dinner!
Each restaurant will prepare two tapas-size plates and collaborate on a fifth small plate. Brew-masters and representatives from both breweries will pair one of their beers with each dish. At the end of the dinner, attendees will be asked to “rate” what they thought of the pairings.
This extraordinary event will give beer lovers the opportunity to learn which types of beers go best with particular foods. Ambrosia Chef Erik Farr and Belly Chef Duncan Bennington will have the opportunity to show off their talents while brew master Perry Ames of Viking Braggot and representative Brandon Ross of Hop Valley will pair their beers with each dish and general beer knowledge.
