Chef Jason Boyer and his team, joined by Ambrosia Alum, Rory Valentino, have designed a captivating Italian-inspired menu that celebrates both rustic tradition and refined flavors. From an abundant antipasti selection and delicate seared scallops to fresh pasta with eggplant caponata and a rich braised boar, each course highlights seasonal ingredients with artistry and heart. The evening concludes with an elegant elderberry and white chocolate mousse.
Each dish is thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Italy’s renowned regions, Sicily, Piemonte, and Tuscany, showcasing the diversity of terroir and winemaking styles, from vibrant white blends to the depth of Barolo.
Our host for the evening is Certified Sommelier Marc Stotland, who will guide us through each pairing, sharing stories and insights that bring the wines and their regions to life. Marc has a laidback and straightforward approach. His expertise is undeniable, but he’s equally passionate about creating experiences that are lively and approachable.
