Join us for an intimate, guided wine dinner that traces Italy from Etna’s volcanic slopes through the noble vineyards of Piemonte to Veneto’s storied hillsides.

Our February Wine Dinner is inspired by the idea of travel. By the places that shape what we eat and drink, and the stories each bottle carries with it. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with wines from three of Italy’s most expressive regions, creating a slow, intentional journey across land, climate, and tradition .Expect vibrant Sicilian energy from Etna, elegance and balance from Veneto, and the depth and structure Piemonte is known for—each poured alongside dishes that let the wines lead. Whether you’re a longtime lover of Italian wine or simply curious to explore how place leaves its mark, this is an evening designed to be savored.

Each course has been designed to complement the wines in the glass, moving from the freshness and energy of Etna, through the nuanced balance of Veneto, and into the depth and refinement of Piemonte. Together, the menu and pairings create a progression that reflects how land, climate, and tradition shape both food and wine.

This is a dinner for wine lovers, Italy lovers, and anyone who enjoys slowing down and savoring a story told course by course. Seats are limited to 36; make your reservation today. We hope you’ll join us at the table!

Our host for the evening will be Andrea Pucci with Ethica Wines. Andrea was born and raised in Montecatini Terme, a small city between Florence and Pisa in Tuscany, and he’s been in the wine business for 29 years. He moved to San Francisco in 1991 working with an Italian wine importer and distributor and he also owned and managed an Italian restaurant. Andrea moved back to Tuscany in 2004 and worked for two prestigious wine estates as a commercial director; Teruzzi & Puthod in San Gimignano and Tenuta Argentiera in Bolgheri.

He arrived in the Seattle area in 2009 working as an Italian Wines Category Manager for Youngs Market Company. In his free time Andrea enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.
