Join us for an intimate, guided wine dinner that traces Italy from south to north—beginning on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna and ending in the noble hills of Barbaresco.

Each course has been thoughtfully paired to highlight the personality of its wine: freshness and minerality, richness and restraint, power and elegance. Expect classic Italian technique, seasonal ingredients, and wines that reward curiosity.

The evening begins with a welcome pour of Terrazze dell’Etna Cuvée Brut, followed by a vibrant beet and root vegetable ceviche—bright, earthy, and alive.

From there, the journey unfolds:

  • Crisp chickpea pannise with whipped mascarpone and a bright Anselmi Bianco

  • Brandied rabbit mousse paired with the structured depth of Borgogno Derthona

  • Duck breast salad alongside Langhe DOC Nebbiolo

  • Braised beef ravioli matched with both Fontanabianca Barbaresco and Monfaletto Barolo

  • A classic chocolate pot de crème to close the evening

This is a dinner for wine lovers, Italy lovers, and anyone who enjoys slowing down and savoring a story told course by course. Seats are limited. Reservations required.

Paul Mendez III, representing Daou Family Estates, will be our host for the evening. With more than two decades in the beverage industry, Paul has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected luxury wineries and producers in the world.
