What makes Piedmont spectacular? You'll learn all about it at our Four-Course Wine Dinner!
Join us for a Four-Course Piemont Wine Dinner on Tuesday, February 27, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The Italian wine region of Piedmont is in the northwestern corner of Italy and produces some of the best wine in the world including Barolo and Barbaresco made from the Nebbiolo grape. We'll be building a menu around these six remarkable wines:
- Ca del Baio Chardonnay "Luna Agosto" 2016
- Corsini Langhe Bianco 2016
- Marziano Abbona Dolcetto di Dogliani, "Papa Celso" 2016
- Bruna Grimaldi Barbera d'Alba Superiore "Scassa" 2014
- Deltetto Roero Nebbiolo 2014
- Bruna Grimaldi Barolo "Badarina" 2013
Erin Carlin will be our guide in exploring these wines from the portfolio of Caso Bruno of Portland. You'll learn about the nuances of this significant wine region and why it consistently produces incredible wines.
Our talented kitchen staff, headed by Chef Rory Valentino, will display their talent in creating four courses that complement each of the wines. The cost for the dinner is $50 per person. The wines will be available for purchase and there will be a 10% discount for the purchase of 12 bottles or more. Space is limited to 28 people; make your prepaid reservations by calling Ambrosia at 541-342-4141.
