Portk Belly
Pork tenderloin rolled with fennel, rosemary, garlic and sage cooked in our wood burning oven. Topped with a butter cream sauce and served with couscous and braised vegetables. 18

Chicken Piccata
Pan-fried chicken breast topped with shallots, capers, garlic and beurre blanc. 18

Agnello Arrosto
Oven-roasted rack of lamb coated in rosemary breadcrumbs, peppercorns and Dijon mustard .Topped with a rosemary Dijon demi-glace and served alongside mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 30

Pan-Seared Sea Scallops
Fresh sea scallops topped with a maple honey glaze and bacon. Served with risotto and seasonal vegetables. 24

Penne pasta with onion, wild mushroom and spinach tossed in a butternut squash cream sauce. 17

Beef Stroganoff
Slow-braised Teres Major steak with demi-glace, onions, mushrooms and tomato on pappardelle pasta. 20

Spaghetti alla Bolognese
Spaghetti tossed in a plum tomato sauce with ground beef, pork, basil and oregano. 18.5

Fresh pasta layered with marinara and Bolognese, bèchamel, seasoned ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. 18.5

Tiger Prawn Shrimp
Fresh Tiger Prawns with spicy Italian sausage, roasted Roma tomatoes and beurre blanc. Served with herbed spaghetti and seasonal vegetables. 25

Ravioli Frutti di Mare
House-made ravioli filled with lobster, bay scallop, shrimp and ricotta in a roasted garlic prosciutto cream sauce. Dusted with smoked paprika. 22.5

Fettuccine Davide
Created by and named for Ambrosia’s first chef, David Proctor. Fettuccine with chicken thigh, basil, Parmesan and garlic. Tossed in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce. 19

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Crimini mushroom caps stuffed with rock crab, ricotta and Parmesan. Baked in our wood-fired oven. 13

House-made Italian flat bread brushed with olive oil and topped with roasted garlic and provolone. Baked in our wood-fired oven. 11.5

Steamed Clams
Clams, shallots, garlic, herbs, and a touch of red pepper flakes in a white wine butter sauce. Served with crostini. 13

Lightly fried and served with garlic aioli and lemon wedges. 12.5



Our pizzas and calzones are prepared from freshly made dough and baked in our custom wood-fired oven. This oven, which we imported from Naples, Italy in 1987, was the first of its type in the Pacific NW. We burn a mix of Oregon grown hardwoods in our oven which produces a taste that is uniquely Ambrosia.
