Sierra Nevada Brewery, one of the true pioneers of micro-brewing, will be featured at our Beermaker Dinner at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, July 29. Four beers will be served, each paired with one of the dinner’s four courses. Space is limited to 24 people and the cost is $45 per person.
Bobby Marler, Oregon area manager for Sierra Nevada, will attend and discuss the beers and pairing the food prepared by Ambrosia’s kitchen staff headed by Eric Farr. Weather permitting, the dinner will be served outside.

Homebrewers Ken Grossman and Paul Camusi established Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in 1979 in Chico, California. It was among the first microbreweries in the nation and is today the seventh-largest brewing company in the United States. Shrimp and Crayfish Étouffée with roasted Roma tomatoes, bell pepper, onion and celery, in a buttery velouté sauce with Cajun risotto
