Ambrosia's Mother's Day Brunch

We serve brunch just a few times a year, and Sunday, May 10, 2015 is one of those special days. Our Mother's Day Brunch menu will feature some of the classics as well as Ambrosia specialties. Mimosas and smiles, too, of course! We'll be posting the menu soon - check back!

INSALATA & ZUPPA 

Seasonal Minestrone or Zuppa del Giorno Cup 4.5 / Bowl 5.5 

Insalata Caesar

Pear Walnut Insalata 

Fresh pears with spring mix and Gorgonzola. Tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette and topped with toasted walnuts 11

 Eggs Benedict 

Classic breakfast choice. A toasted English muffin with Black Forest ham, poached eggs and drizzled with hollandaise sauce. Served with roasted potatoes 12 

Pugliese French Toast 

French toast made with Pugliese bread and topped with maple syrup. Served with house-made apricot butter and fresh fruit 11 

Cheddar and Bacon Omelette 

An omelette filled with bacon, cheddar and tomatoes, served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit 12 

BLT 

A toasted English muffin with Romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, peppered bacon and garlic aioli. Served with potato salad and fresh fruit 11 

Piadina con Rucula 

Italian flat-bread baked in our wood-fired oven then topped with fresh arugula, pistachio pesto, smoked salmon and capers. Finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon 11 

 Steak and Eggs 

Grilled beef tender shoulder and Dijon scrambled eggs served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit 16 

Breakfast Calzone 

Calzone filled with house-made sausage, spinach, feta, roasted red peppers, red onion, sage and scrambled eggs 14 

Quiche Lorraine 

A caramelized onion, Black Forest ham, spinach and cheddar cheese quiche topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit 11 

Feta and Spinach Omelette 

An omelette filled with feta, spinach and Niçoise olives. Served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit 12 

Spaghetti Carbonara 

Spaghetti tossed in a creamy carbonara sauce with house-smoked bacon, shallots and garlic. Topped with scallions and Parmesan 16
