A Winemaker Dinner with Stoller Family Estate Menu

The menu was collaboratively created by Ambrosia's Chef Doug Kinder, Sous Chef Rory Dana, Sommelier Armen Kevrekian and Stoller's Winemaker Melissa Burr. Each course uses seasonal ingredient and was designed to highlight and complement the qualities of the wine pairing.

Stoller Family Estate is one of Oregon’s most highly-regarded vineyards and wineries. Pioneering Oregonian and founder Bill Stoller purchased his family’s second-generation farm in 1993, guided by the vision of cultivating an enduring legacy for his family’s land. Over the past 20+ years, he has transformed the 373-acre property into the largest contiguous vineyard in the Dundee Hills, and established his vineyard as a premier source of high-quality fruit.
