THIS CLASS IS FULL! Catch our next class on March 10 which will feature Italian wines.
Explore five of the wine regions of Spain at Ambrosia's Wine Class and Tasting on Wednesday, February 10, from 5:30 to 7:00pm. During our "Quick Trip through Spain" we'll visit Rueda, Jumilla, Calatayud, Toro, Priorat, and of course the very important region of Rioja.
Clarke Schatz, of Southern Wine and Spirits of Oregon will be our tour guide, presenting images and information about the characteristics of each region. This will give you an opportunity to learn from vast knowledge of his experience in Spanish wines.

- Bodegas Juan Gil Monastrell "12 Meses"D.O. Jumilla 2012
- Las Rocas Garnacha Vinas Viejas D.O. Calatayud, 2009
- Marco Abella "Loidana" D.O.Q. Priorat 2009.
The highlight of this tasting is a 14 years old Tempranillo with several high ratings: Marquis de Riscal Gran Riserva, D.O.Q. Rioja, 2001. WA 93 points, Tanzer 92, WE 90.
