Join us for a five-course dinner on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 5:30pm. Ambrosia’s James Coaton and Evan Potocar have created a menu inspired by the flavors of seven wines from Browne Family Vineyards.

Browne Family Vineyards is a family-owned winery committed to world-class wine production in the heart of Walla Walla, Washington. The Browne varietals reflect what the Pacific Northwest grows exceptionally well: Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, blends thereof), the Burgundian favorite, Chardonnay, and the occasional deviation, because the more the merrier! Winemaker John Freeman is always seeking new challenges, which leads to limited edition releases and block-specific programs.

The wines will be presented by Skip Miller and Maris Stilinovich who will be available to give you detailed information about each wine and answer all your questions.

Chef James Coaton attended culinary school in Geneva and Napa Valley and has worked in kitchens throughout Europe including a three-star Michelin restaurant in the London SAS hotel Oslo, Norway. You’ll see his love for travel and global perspective reflected in each of the courses.
